Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate event inquiries, proposals, and bookings at Travelers Rest Events. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Event Proposals & Quotes

Proposals and quotes generated through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed upon execution of an event contract. All proposals are valid for 14 days from the date of generation unless otherwise specified.

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date
  • The remaining balance is divided into two equal installments, due 6 weeks and 3 weeks before your event date
  • All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • Final guest count and pricing adjustments are subject to the terms of your event contract

Event Contracts

All events at Travelers Rest are subject to a signed event contract. The contract will detail specific terms including menu selections, room assignments, timing, and any additional services. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace the event contract.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Travelers Rest Events and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written consent.

Photography & Media

All venue photographs on this website are authentic images of Travelers Rest Events. We reserve the right to photograph events held at our venue for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in the event contract.

Limitation of Liability

Travelers Rest Events provides this website on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelers Rest Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Indemnification
