A Different Kind of Booking

A Meeting Space, Not an Event Package

A private space for the day, set the way you need it. Four separate spaces, from a table of ten to a full district meeting, so a session can open together and then break out into its own rooms for the rest of the day without anyone leaving the building. Tables, chairs, screens and microphones are already here. Tell us how you want the space laid out and how you want to run the day, and it is ready that way when you walk in.

Food is added by the head and it is entirely yours to choose. Coffee, tea and juice through the day. Breakfast that is quick and genuinely good, lunch that does not put the afternoon to sleep, and a kitchen that will build around what your group actually needs, including dietary requirements and menus of your own. Or none of it, if you would rather just have the space.

Weekday daytime rates are priced as a space for the day rather than as an evening event, which is what makes this affordable for a group that meets regularly. What you are really getting is somewhere dedicated and away from the office, private, quiet, and free of the interruptions that find you at your own desk. And if you want to close the day with a drink and something to eat before everyone heads home, the bar and the gardens are right here.

You Should Not Be Running the Day

Why It Works

The Day Runs Without You Running It

A meeting away from the office is supposed to buy attention. It stops doing that the moment the person who organized it spends the morning setting up the room. What follows is the part we take over.

You Are Not Working Your Own Day

Setting up, moving tables, chasing the coffee and finding the extension cord are how an organizer ends up having attended none of their own meeting. That work is ours.

Breakout Rooms Are Part of It

Open together in the largest space, then break into smaller groups in rooms of their own, and come back. Four private rooms can be in use at the same time, so the breakouts happen inside one booking rather than as a second venue and a second invoice.

Set to Your Layout

Tell us how the space needs to be arranged for the format you are running and it is that way before anyone arrives, not after.

Food That Fits a Working Day

Breakfast before you start, lunch that does not cost you an hour, and coffee that keeps getting refreshed. Added by the head, and left off entirely if you are bringing your own.

On-Site Parking

Everyone arrives at once in the morning. Parking is on site, so that is not the first problem of the day.

The Same People Every Time

Family owned since 1876, and the groups who meet here have been coming back for years. You are dealing with the people who run the building, not a booking desk.

Tell us what your finance team needs when you inquire, including purchase orders, invoicing terms or an approval process, and we will confirm what we can accommodate before you commit to anything.

Meeting Questions

The Questions Organizers Actually Ask

The practical ones, answered before you have to ask them.

Can we book just the space, without food?

Yes. That is the whole point of this. The space has a rate of its own, and breakfast, lunch and coffee service are added by the head only if you want them. If you are bringing your own catering, or you genuinely only need a room and a day, that is a booking we will take.

Is there a half day option?

Yes. A morning or an afternoon can be booked on its own rather than paying for a full day you are not using. Tell us which part of the day you need when you inquire.

Can we run a full group session and then break into smaller groups?

This is one of the things we can do that a single hotel ballroom cannot do easily. Four private rooms can be in use at the same time, so opening in the largest room and then splitting into separate working groups happens inside one building. Groups move between rooms without leaving or crossing a public lobby.

What audio visual is available?

Whatever we have is available in whichever space you are in. Screens, microphones and the working equipment are portable, we keep multiple sets, and nothing is tied to a particular room. Send your run of show and what your presenters need when you inquire, and we will have it set before you arrive. If your session needs something we do not keep, we will source it.

How is the space set up?

To the layout you ask for. Tell us the format you are running and the space is arranged that way before your group arrives, with tables, chairs and linens in place. Our staff open the building and close it behind you.

Can you work with our purchasing process?

Tell us what your finance team requires when you inquire, including purchase orders, invoicing terms or a specific approval process, and we will confirm what we can accommodate before you commit to anything.

We meet several times a year. Can we book them together?

Yes, and it is easier for everyone. Groups who meet here regularly usually set their whole year in a single conversation rather than starting again each time. Send the dates you are working toward and we will handle them together.

How much notice do you need?

Weekday daytime dates are typically the easiest to arrange, which helps when an offsite or a client session gets scheduled quickly. Tell us the date you have in mind and we will come back with what we can do.
