Bridal Showers in Westchester
You make the choices once, in one sitting. On the day, one person here runs the room, the food and the timing, so whoever is hosting sits down with everyone else.

Why Travelers Rest
Someone is hosting this for her, and usually that someone is her mother, her sister, or her maid of honor with a spreadsheet and a short timeline. Our job is to take the day off your hands: the room, the menu, the bar, the gift table, and the running order, so that the person hosting gets to sit down and enjoy it too. Daytime brunch service, a room that opens onto the gardens, and photographs a short walk from the table.
Between Courses
The bride and her party can step outside between courses, take the photographs everyone came hoping for, and be back before the next plate lands. The bridge, the waterfall, and the planted borders are all a short walk from the room, so nobody loses half an afternoon travelling to a backdrop.
Available seasonally · Weather-contingency plan included

What's Included
A shower has more moving parts than it looks: the food, the games, the gift table, the portraits, and someone has to run all of it. Here it is quoted as one plan and run by one person, and that person is not the maid of honor.
Brunch or Afternoon Tea
A daytime brunch service is a standard format and the one most bridal showers choose. Pastries, cookies and fresh fruit build into the dessert service for the afternoon-tea feel.
Wine and Beer, or Neither
Wine and beer service is included in the brunch package, and the bar scales honestly from there: unlimited premium down to soft drinks only, or a mocktail bar in place of alcohol entirely.
The Gift and Registry Table
Tables and linens are included, so a dedicated gift and registry display is set as part of your room rather than rented alongside it.
Microphone and Sound
In the event rooms, which matters more than anyone expects once a game is being run or a toast given from the far end of a full room.
Passed Hors d'Oeuvres
Six choices served as guests arrive, so the first hour belongs to the bride rather than to a seating chart.
The Room and the Staff
Chairs, linens and professional service staff come with the space, arranged to the plan you give your coordinator before the day.
The gardens are a short walk from every room, so the bride and her party can step out for portraits between courses without leaving the property or losing half an hour to travel.
Bridal Shower Questions
For whoever is hosting the bride.
The Terrace Room seats up to 60, which suits the bridal party plus close family. For a longer guest list, the Crystal and Lantern Rooms each seat 120 and both open directly onto the gardens, so the shower can spill outdoors for cocktails and photographs.
In the gardens, and it is the reason a lot of showers book here. The arched stone bridge and the cascading waterfall are both within a short walk of the rooms, so the bride and her party can step out for portraits between courses without leaving the property or losing half an hour to travel.
Yes. A daytime brunch service is one of our standard formats and is what most bridal showers choose, with wine and beer service included in the brunch package. If you want the afternoon-tea feel, pastries, cookies, and fresh fruit can be built into the dessert service.
There is. Tables and linens are included in every package, so a dedicated gift and registry table is set as part of your room rather than rented separately. Tell your coordinator what you are bringing and where you want it and the room is arranged that way before guests arrive.
Yes. A microphone and sound are available in the event rooms, which matters more than people expect once there are 60 guests and someone is trying to run a game or give a speech from the far end of the room.
You choose the bar, and it changes the estimate honestly. Options run from unlimited premium service down to wine and beer, a cash bar where guests pay, or soft drinks only. A mocktail bar can stand in place of alcohol entirely, and every option shows its own price when you build your proposal.
The event minimum is 25 guests, with the first 25 billed at the adult rate regardless of your final count. It is visible in your estimate from the start, so an intimate shower is entirely possible without any surprise at the end.
