Hosting a shower at home means cooking, setting, serving and clearing on the one day you most want to be present for. Everything below is quoted together instead, so what is left to plan is the celebration itself.

Brunch, Built In

Brunch is one of our standard formats and the one most baby showers choose, carrying the same all-inclusive structure as any evening event.

Wine and Beer Service

Built into the brunch package alongside coffee and dessert, rather than a bar negotiated separately afterward.

A Mocktail Bar

The mother-to-be is not left holding a glass of water. Mocktails can be added for the whole room or only the guests who want them, and soft drinks, coffee and tea are in every package regardless.

Passed Hors d'Oeuvres

Six choices served while guests arrive, so the room gathers around her rather than waiting on a seating call.

Children's Package

Young cousins are billed on the reduced children's package: the full food service, without alcohol, shown as its own line in your proposal.

The Room, Set to Your Plan

Tables, chairs, linens and service staff are included, and your setup window is confirmed in advance so decorations, favors and a dessert display are in place before anyone arrives.

The gardens come with the day as well, which is why most families reveal here rather than at home: open outdoor space for the moment and the photographs, with the waterfall and arched bridge behind you.

Can we do a gender reveal here?

Yes, and the gardens are the reason most families choose to do it here rather than at home. There is open outdoor space for the reveal moment and photographs, with the waterfall and arched bridge behind you. Tell your coordinator how you are planning to reveal and they will build the timing into the day.

Do you offer brunch rather than a full dinner?

Brunch is one of our standard formats and it is what most baby showers choose. It comes with the same all-inclusive structure as any other event, and wine and beer service is built into the brunch package alongside coffee and dessert.

Are weekday and Sunday dates available?

Usually, yes, and often on far shorter notice than a Saturday. Sunday and weekday showers are typically the easiest dates to secure, which makes them worth asking about if you are working to a tight timeline before the due date.

Which room suits 40 to 60 guests?

The Terrace Room seats up to 60 and is the natural fit for a shower of that size, intimate enough that everyone is part of the same conversation. If your list grows, the Crystal and Lantern Rooms each seat 120 and both open onto the gardens.

How early can we get in to decorate?

Your coordinator will confirm your setup window once the day's schedule is set, and it is arranged well before the date so you are not guessing. Most hosts drop decorations, favors, and a dessert display beforehand and we set the room to your plan.

What about guests who aren't drinking?

The mother-to-be will not be stuck with water. A mocktail bar can be added for the whole room or for the guests who want it, and soft drinks, coffee, and tea are part of every package regardless of which bar option you choose.

Is there a minimum guest count for a shower?

Our event minimum is 25 guests, and the first 25 are billed at the adult rate whether or not you reach that count. Smaller showers are welcome; that is simply the floor the estimate is built on, and you will see it clearly in your proposal rather than discovering it later.
