The event minimum is 25 guests, with the first 25 billed at the adult rate. Smaller gatherings are welcome and common. You will see this in your estimate from the beginning rather than discovering it later.

The Terrace Room seats up to 60 and suits a close gathering. The Crystal and Lantern Rooms each seat 120 and open onto the gardens, which many families use for quiet moments outside. The Atlantic Room seats 180 to 200 when the wider community is coming.
