How serving styles compare
Each style creates a different kind of event. Here's how to think about them:
Plated Entrée — Formal. Seated. Served by our staff.
Guests stay at their tables; courses come to them. The most traditional and formal option. Best for weddings, formal dinners, and corporate events where seated service matters.
Buffet — Self-serve. Generous and flexible.
Guests serve themselves from a spread. Casual, efficient, and easy to accommodate different appetites. Best for showers, casual celebrations, lunches, and larger guest counts.
Food Stations — Interactive. Guests roam and sample.
Multiple stations set up around the room, each focused on a different cuisine or dish. Staff are there to serve and assist guests as they move between stations. More energy and mingling than a buffet, more variety than plated. Best for milestone birthdays, cocktail-style events, and anyone who wants their food to be part of the experience.
Note: Food Stations require guest minimums — 40 for one station, scaling up to four.
Heavily Passed Hors d'oeuvres — No sit-down meal. Continuous passed bites.
Hearty, substantial passed items continuously over 2.5 hours — sliders, lobster rolls, and more. Serves as your main course in place of a seated meal. Best for cocktail-style events, shorter celebrations, and when you want the event to flow without a dinner pause.
Brunch Buffet — Daytime self-serve.
Built for morning and early-afternoon events. Omelettes made to order, baked goods, fresh fruit, and more.
A note on sample menus
The menus you see when you click "View Sample Menu" are exactly that — samples to give you a feel. Actual menu items get finalized with you closer to your event. The format you pick here is what locks in.

These are the options to draw from when we build your menu together. You don't need to pick now — this is just to give you a sense of what's possible. Most events combine 2–3 stations.
Grass-Fed Beef Sliders
Cheddar, brie, bacon, caramelized onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard. Veggie slider option available.
Italian Station
Chicken parmigiana, shrimp Française, penne a la vodka, farfalle with sausage and cream.
Twice-Baked Potato Bar
Bacon, caramelized onions, cheddar, scallions, salsa, Bolognese sauce, shredded chicken, chorizo, black beans, sour cream, melted butter.
Grilled Cheese Station
Our signature three-cheese blend, bacon, and fig chutney on cinnamon raisin bread. Tomato soup. Caesar salad.
Taco Station
Choose three fillings: Carnitas (pork), Tinga (chicken), Chorizo (pork), Shrimp, Fried Tilapia, Grilled Vegetables, Suadero (brisket). Served with warm tortillas, guacamole, salsa, mango salsa, sour cream, jalapeños.
Sushi (additional charge)
Nigiri, rolls, edamame, gyoza, and Shumai.
Lobster Roll & Chowder (additional charge)
Our signature lobster salad on a warm buttered, top-sliced grilled roll, house-made slaw, grilled corn salad & cornbread. (Can be served in a lettuce wrap for a GF option.)
Carving Station
Choose three: NY Strip Loin, Heritage Turkey Breast, Cuban Pork Shoulder, Braised Beef Brisket, Roasted Organic Chicken, Thick-Cut Maple Bacon, Poached Salmon. Served with accompanying sauces and French petit-pain.
Americana Station
Classic beef sliders on mini brioche buns, creamy mac & cheese, crispy fried chicken bites, slow-cooked pulled pork, tangy coleslaw, house BBQ sauce, pickles.
Asian Station
Choose four: Sesame chicken, sesame beef skewers, gyoza, Shumai, Yangzhou fried rice, fried wantons, spring rolls, lo mein.
Omelette Station
Farm-fresh eggs, egg whites, cheese, and assorted vegetable fillings. French toast casserole. Carved ham and maple bacon.
Paella Valenciana (GF)
Made at the station in our authentic 36" paella pan. Arborio rice, shrimp, chicken, scallops, clams, chorizo. Served alongside jamón Serrano, manchego, olives & Marcona almonds.
Raw Bar Station (additional charge)
Clams and oysters shucked and served on the half-shell. Jumbo shrimp. Our own mignonette, spicy cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemons.
Pizza Station
A variety of pizzas, hand-tossed and baked fresh at the station in view of your guests. Margherita, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, caramelized onions, ricotta, mozzarella, and more.
Vegetarian Station
Eggplant parmigiana, grilled vegetables (GF), fresh fruit platter (GF), lentils & rice (GF, vegan), vegetable sushi roll (GF, vegan).
Greek Station
Chicken souvlaki, pork souvlaki, falafel, lemon potatoes, spanakopita, grilled vegetables, tzatziki, hummus, warm pita bread, Greek salad with feta and olives.
Adding a Ceremony to Your Event
For more formal ceremonies — weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and similar milestone moments — we set up a dedicated space, separate from your reception, just for your ceremony. This includes:
- ◆ A dedicated space, separate from your reception room, to hold your ceremony
- ◆ Chairs for your guests
- ◆ Additional AV equipment setup, if needed (microphone, speakers, etc.)
- ◆ An additional 30 minutes added to the beginning of your event time, so your reception time isn’t shortened
